We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive with exceptional English communication skills and prior experience in US-based sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-ticket sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to potential US-based clients for real estate opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals.
  • Provide accurate information on properties, financing options, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in US campaigns (real estate, insurance, or high-value sales).
  • Fluent English (spoken/written) with a neutral accent – must be comfortable engaging US clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (if required for US time zones).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
