✔️ Proven experience in Dubai's Secondary Real Estate Market

✔️ Strong knowledge of sales, leasing, and property transactions

✔️ Existing client network and lead-generation ability

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Strong closing and follow-up skills

✔️ Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

✔️ Currently based in Dubai

✔️ RERA certification is an advantage
