- Lead sales and investment activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects in Islamabad.
- Build and manage a strong investor and client portfolio, including local and overseas Pakistanis
- Attract and onboard investors for high-rise real estate developments
- Present investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI projections, and project feasibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and channel partners
- Manage, mentor, and monitor sales and investment teams.
- Track market trends, pricing, and demand in Islamabad’s high-rise segment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation, and company policies
- Proven experience in high-rise real estate projects
- Strong background in real estate sales, investment advisory, and revenue generation
- Experience dealing with apartments, commercial floors, offices, and retail units
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
