  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Perform insurance eligibility verification through payer portals
  • Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate with providers and office staff for smooth patient flow
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks

Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant

  • Experience with patient calls and appointment scheduling
  • Knowledge of insurance eligibility verification
  • Strong English communication skills
