Video Content Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly focused, analytical, and detail-oriented Video Content Analyst to join our team full-time. This role involves reviewing long-form video footage, identifying key moments, and producing concise, accurate written summaries that clearly capture what occurs in each video.

The ideal candidate is observant, objective, efficient, and capable of processing high volumes of content with consistency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch and review long-form video footage in its entirety
• Identify key events, turning points, and notable interactions
• Produce clear, structured 1–2 paragraph summaries per video
• take out short clips of the most interesting parts of the video
• Accurately document timelines and important details
• Flag content that meets internal selection criteria
• Maintain organized tracking of reviewed materials
• Meet daily and weekly output targets
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and objectivity in all summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Exceptional written English skills (grammar, clarity, structure)
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to focus for extended periods while reviewing footage
• High level of accuracy and objectivity
• Advanced computer proficiency
• Comfortable using digital platforms and workflow tools
• Fast and adaptive learner
• Highly independent — does not require micromanagement
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
