✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Umrah travel arrangements, including visa processing, hotel bookings, and transport coordination.
• Handle airline ticket reservations through professional travel systems.
• Communicate with clients and Saudi partners to ensure smooth travel operations.
• Prepare and submit documentation as per Saudi Embassy requirements.

💼 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a travel agency, preferably managing Umrah and Hajj tours.
• Excellent knowledge of Umrah visa process and ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre (commonly used travel software in Karachi).
• Strong communication and client service skills.
