Consultant

Description:

The Consultant will provide technical expertise for the administration and management of digital learning systems, including LMS operations, course delivery, user management, learning content, technical troubleshooting, integrations, and system improvements.

We are looking for someone with:

• MA, MSc or MPhil in Computer Science, IT, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in LMS administration, e-learning, or educational technology
• Experience working with LMS developers and IT teams
• Experience providing technical support and training
• Knowledge of data security, user access, backups, data protection, and LMS policies
