Zaviamo plans custom trips for families. We need a visit visa specialist who builds files that get approved, and gets them done on time.

What you'll do

1. Handle clients who come to us for family, business and tourist visit visas.

2. Process visas for trip clients from our sales team, so their planning can start.

3. Check documents, write cover letters and structure the full visa file.

4. Review refused cases and prepare re-applications.

5. Track every application against its deadline and keep clients updated.

You'll fit if you have 2+ years in visa consultancy, have handled UK, Australia, Canada, Turkey, China or Hong Kong visas, and catch a missing document before the embassy does.
