Umrah Executive

5th Pillar Travel is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Umrah Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of Umrah travel arrangements. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that clients experience a seamless, spiritually fulfilling journey from departure to return.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Umrah operations — including client consultation, documentation, travel planning, and post-trip follow-ups. You will work closely with clients, travel vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service aligned with religious, cultural, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Umrah packages, requirements, and processes.

• Coordinate and manage all necessary travel documentation, including passport collection, visa processing, and travel insurance.

• Arrange and confirm flight bookings, hotel accommodations near Haram, ground transport in KSA, and other logistical requirements.

• Prepare and communicate comprehensive itineraries that include all aspects of the pilgrimage.

• Serve as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after travel; handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with the latest guidelines, regulations, and procedural changes from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

• Develop strong working relationships with vendors, including airlines, hotels, and local Saudi ground operators.

• Ensure all services are aligned with the spiritual expectations of pilgrims and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Islamic Studies, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with Umrah procedures, visa protocols, and travel management systems.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Prior experience in religious or group travel coordination is a plus.

• Fluency in Urdu and English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
