* Convert leads into confirmed bookings

* Guide clients on Umrah visa process and package details

* Provide strong customer support before and after sales

* Work with UK based customers and meet targets

* Previous experience in travel, flights, or Umrah sales is required

* Good spoken and written English

* Confident and target focused
