Track & Trace Executive

This full-time role of Track & Trace Officer-Digitalization (National Oil Supply Chain) involves managing and monitoring the digitalization process of the oil supply chain. The role includes ensuring compliance with track and trace protocols, coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and resource movement. The position is located on-site in Lahore, requiring collaboration and hands-on engagement to enhance operational transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor end-to-end Track & Trace systems across the fuel supply chain
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Logistics & Retail teams for system integration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OGRA guidelines)
• Analyze movement data of tank lorries and identify discrepancies
• Generate daily/weekly performance and exception reports
• Support digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations
• Liaise with third-party technology vendors and GPS service providers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain
• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics monitoring, or digital systems (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, GPS tracking, and supply chain analytics
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Oil Marketing Company (OMC) operations
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in fuel logistics
