Description:

The Paid Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, setting up and managing paid campaigns, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. The Paid Media Executive will analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The position also requires staying current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess strong media planning and campaign management skills for search, social, and display channels.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaborative skills for working with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills to drive engagement and conversions.
• Candidates should possess clear, professional writing skills for ad copy, campaign messaging, and performance reporting.
• Relevant experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Optional
