Aura Developers is bringing a new standard of luxury living to Gulberg, Lahore with Aurora Residences.

We’re hiring polished, confident Sales Executives to be the human face of the project, the person a serious buyer meets, trusts and ultimately buys from Luxury real estate is a relationship business.

You’ll guide buyers through a considered, high-value decision: answering their first enquiry, understanding what they want, showing them the project and the experience centre, presenting a tailored proposal, and carrying them to a confident yes.

We are specifically looking for a Sales Executive with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident, presentable and professional.What you’ll do•

Be the first point of contact — respond to every enquiry (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-in) the same day•

Qualify buyers — understand their needs, budget, preference and timeline•

Meet clients in person — at the office, the Empire Centre experience centre, or their own office•

Give tours — site, model apartment and experience-centre walkthroughs•

Present the project — apartments, amenities, materials, quality and pricing, compellingly•

Present bespoke buying proposals and handle objections gracefully•

Close and coordinate the paperwork and advance payment•

Nurture the pipeline — consistent follow-up, accurate CRM, every lead kept warm•

Represent the brand at open days, previews and launches• Build relationships and referralsWhat we’re looking for•

Candidate for this client-facing role• 3–5 years of sales experience — real estate / luxury / high-value sales preferred•

Excellent spoken & written English and Urdu — articulate, persuasive, professional•

Very presentable and confident — poised with high-net-worth clients•

Warm, trustworthy relationship-builder and attentive listener•

Target-driven, organised, reliable follow-up (CRM / WhatsApp Business)•

Mobile for client meetings around Lahore•

Degree in business, marketing, law, languages, literature or related
