We're Hiring: TikTok Shop Manager

DKK Brands is looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to lead and scale our TikTok Shop business across North American marketplaces. If you're data-driven, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
• Lead and manage TikTok Shop operations and growth initiatives
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches
• Manage affiliate and creator partnerships to drive sales
• Optimize product listings, content, and merchandising strategies
• Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate, CPC, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance teams
• Build scalable processes and mentor a high-performing team


What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns
• Experience leading teams and driving marketplace growth
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
