Description:
We are looking for a motivated Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and functional business needs. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Odoo applications to ensure seamless solutions that support our clients’ operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo technical and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to fit client-specific needs.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Provide technical and functional support for existing Odoo implementations.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Deliver user training and create documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo development .
- Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical architecture.
- Proven experience in customization, module development, and API integrations.
- Good knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in ERP implementation for industries like construction, Finance, healthcare, or retail.
