Technical Lead / Architect

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead / Architect with deep expertise in .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure Functions to join our development team. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers, architect cloud-native solutions, and ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications using Azure Functions and related services.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, CI/CD, testing, and cloud architecture.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and development methodologies.
• Review code and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments.
• Stay updated with the latest in .NET and Azure technologies and guide the team accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
