Description:

Mulligans (SMC-Pvt) Limited is a C-1 construction company engaged in the supply, installation, and maintenance of electronic and electromechanical equipment. We are looking for a qualified and creative architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen design sense, and the ability to deliver functional and aesthetic architectural solutions aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed construction plans.

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance.

Prepare 3D models, visualisations, and presentation materials for client approval.

Ensure adherence to architectural standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Oversee project execution and provide on-site architectural guidance when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other related architectural software.

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Excellent Presentation skills

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or construction projects.
