We are looking for a skilled Architect for one of our division which is Woodcorp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project quotations using KLAES & IMOS, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating 3D models and renderings to bring design concepts to life. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to ensure high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage project cost estimates using KLAES & IMOS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
2.Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide professional guidance, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
3.Develop high-quality 3D visualizations using Sketchup/AutoCAD to present design concepts effectively.
4. Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
5.Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
6. Ensure that designs adhere to company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture, materials, and software advancements.
Requirements:
1.Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2.Prior experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and working with KLAES & IMOS is preferred.
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering software.
4.Strong ability to present and explain designs to clients and stakeholders.
5.Ability to produce precise and accurate quotations, drawings, and visualizations.
