Senior Data Architect

Description:

You'll own our data architecture: how data is structured, stored and moved, and which platforms we scale on. You'll take us from reporting and dashboards to real-time, AI-driven decisions, define every KPI formula, and be able to explain every number.

What you'll own

• Our data architecture, plus choosing the right platform as we scale
• KPI definitions and the accuracy of every report and dashboard
• Speed and bandwidth for high-volume data
• Real-time decisioning: rules, decision trees and AI models
• Using AI to automate how data work gets done

Minimum requirements

• 7+ years in data engineering or architecture, with 2+ years owning a platform end to end
• 3+ years of production experience with Databricks, Snowflake or a similar lakehouse or warehouse
• Strong SQL and Python, including APIs (Django preferred)
• Production experience with decision logic: decision trees, scoring or AI/ML models
• A proven record of defining metrics and answering for their accuracy
• Daily use of AI tools
• 2+ years at your recent employers
