Team Lead

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead- FullStack to join our development team. As a Backend .NET Developer, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. You will also be developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop applications using .NET Core MVC, MERN stack, and Angular
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Collaborate with frontend teams and mentor developers
• Optimize databases and ensure application quality
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in .NET / Full-Stack Development
• Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core
• Hands-on experience with MERN stack and Angular
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Agile/Scrum
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
