Proposal Specialist

Description:

FinVis Global LLC is looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder / Proposal Specialist with proven experience in winning projects through Upwork, preferably in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, audit support, and financial advisory services.

You will be responsible for identifying relevant project opportunities, preparing customized and compelling proposals, engaging with prospective clients, and helping us build long-term relationships with international businesses and CPA firms.

Key Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and client acquisition.

- Strong proposal-writing skills and excellent written English.

- Experience targeting international clients, preferably in accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or financial services.

- Ability to analyze project requirements and develop tailored, competitive proposals.

- Understanding of Upwork Connects, bidding strategies, client engagement, and proposal performance.

- Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance reporting.

- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet business development targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify relevant Upwork opportunities in bookkeeping, accounting, U.S. tax support, audit support, financial reporting, and virtual CFO services.

- Write customized, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements and our service capabilities.

- Research prospective clients, assess project suitability, and develop effective bidding strategies.

- Communicate professionally with prospective clients, manage initial discussions, and arrange follow-ups.

- Track proposals, client responses, interviews, conversion rates, and contracts secured.

- Coordinate with our accounting and finance team to develop appropriate service offerings and client solutions.
