Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Qualification:
BBA/MBA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent from a reputable institution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to final onboarding, ensuring timely fulfillment of organizational manpower requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs across all departments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, workforce planning, and long-term hiring objectives.
• Draft and update Job Descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the organizational structure and organogram, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational efficiency.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract top-quality candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle, maintaining professionalism and timely communication.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics, leveraging strong Excel and data management skills for decision-making and process improvement.
• Assist in the coordination between HR and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on staffing, onboarding, and talent planning.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s image as an employer of choice.
