MacCare is looking for an Executive – Training & Employee Engagement to drive learning initiatives, support employee development, and strengthen our workplace culture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify training needs and develop engaging learning programs and materials.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and support career development initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and organizational events.
• Promote employee well-being, inclusion, and collaboration across the organization.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• A proactive, people-focused professional passionate about learning and employee experience.
