Support Executive (l1)

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our SAP Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level SAP support and troubleshoot user issues

• Maintain and manage Item Master data

• Handle Vendor Master openings and updates

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve system-related queries

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Prior experience in SAP support will be preferred
