Support Executive

Description:

We are looking for a resource to join our SAP Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level SAP B1 support and troubleshoot user issues

• Handle master data management (Material/Item Master, Vendor & Customer Creation/Updates)

• Assist users with transactional issues (PO, GRN, Sales Orders, Invoices, etc.)

• Support user access management and basic reporting

• Coordinate with relevant departments and escalate issues when required

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate SAP B1 knowledge

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills

• Prior SAP B1 support experience preferred
