Sourcing Expert

Description:

We're looking for an experienced Sourcing & Inventory Expert to source products from Alibaba/1688, negotiate with suppliers, and manage Amazon FBA inventory efficiently, as well as sourcing for .

Responsibilities:

🔍 Sourcing & Procurement

• Source industrial and e-commerce products from Alibaba, 1688, and global suppliers
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms
• Coordinate samples, quality inspections (QC), shipments, and supplier relationships
• Source products and fulfill RFQs for industrial clients across the Middle East (primarily the MENA region)

📑 Quotations & Order Management

• Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales orders
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and platforms such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks for documentation and order processing
• Track customer orders from quotation to delivery while ensuring accurate records

📦 Inventory & Amazon FBA

• Forecast inventory demand and manage replenishment planning
• Monitor reorder points, safety stock, and inbound shipments
• Manage Amazon FBA shipments, reconciliations, IPI, restock limits, and inventory health
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, and Amazon fulfillment centers

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years sourcing from Alibaba/Chinese suppliers

✅ Experience in Zohobooks, Quickbooks, etc. for making Quotes, Invoices etc

✅ Amazon Seller Central (FBA) expertise

✅ Knowledge of IPI, LTSF & restock limits

✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting)

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication & organizational skills

Preferred: Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, Incoterms (FOB/CIF) & Amazon compliance.
