Description:
We are hiring a passionate and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications through structured testing, issue tracking, and continuous collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases, plans, and scripts for manual (and optional automated) testing.
- Identify, report, and document bugs and inconsistencies in detail.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and UI testing.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and results.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in software testing or QA.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Experience using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and mobile testing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
