Description:
Integrated IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Officer with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web applications, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring software products meet quality standards throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of websites and web applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Ensure applications function correctly across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Review project requirements and provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
- Maintain testing documentation, reports, and defect logs.
- Assist in improving QA processes and testing standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Good understanding of Software Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools.
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser testing.
