Growth Sync is looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is not a basic development role - we’re seeking a technical leader who can architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications and CMS-driven platforms from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For:
You must have strong, hands-on experience in:
- Frontend development (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frameworks)
- Backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or other scalable server-side technologies)
- Strong experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Custom CMS development (WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, etc.)
- API development, third-party integrations, and structured data handling
- Database design and management (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Custom UI implementation with a strong understanding of UX and usability best practices
- Website/application performance optimization and scalability planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full stack projects end-to-end, from system architecture to deployment
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
- Build and manage robust backend systems using Python and other technologies
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams
- Solve complex technical challenges related to performance and scalability
- Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases
- Ensure high-quality delivery standards across all builds
