Description:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing social media marketing team. You will create high-performing content for both paid and organic campaigns across a variety of clients from different industries and niches.
You should have a strong understanding of what works on social media across different platforms, including content that converts, performs well, and grabs attention with strong hooks.
This role involves transforming briefs and raw assets into engaging visual content, while also bringing fresh ideas that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised, reliable, and able to deliver quality work on time. Experience using AI tools to create both static and motion content will be a strong advantage.
This is a full-time opportunity with real potential to grow with the team.
The role is open across Pakistan, with remote working available.
Core Skills Required:
- Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
- Creative Tools: Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Light room
- AI Tools: Strong working knowledge of AI-based content generation tools such as Nano Banana 2, Veo 3, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Higgsfield etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact graphics and videos for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Develop content specifically for paid social media advertising, with a strong understanding of ad creatives, formats, and performance-driven design
- Use the latest AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency
- Produce a wide range of content types, from polished brand visuals to fast-paced, trend-driven and meme-style content
- Keep all media files /data organized
- Write clear, engaging copy for visuals including headlines, captions, and supporting text in English
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform guidelines, and creative best practices
- Generate content ideas tailored to target audiences
- Ensure all content aligns with each brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Create additional visual assets such as reports, presentations, print designs and performance summaries when required
Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in social media content creation (3 years preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience designing paid ad creatives across all major social platforms
- Solid understanding of platform-specific content styles for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ability to work across different industries and adapt content accordingly
- Up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, trends, and algorithm-driven content
- Experience using AI tools to support creative production
- Strong understanding of branding, including colour schemes, typography, and visual consistency
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 2D animation is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- Access to a reliable laptop or desktop capable of handling design and editing software
- Stable internet connection for meetings and content uploads
