Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in business development by engaging potential clients and nurturing leads through professional communication.

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Travel to client locations for meetings and relationship management (travel is mandatory).

• Support strategic communication planning to enhance the company's brand presence.

• Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance to refine content and campaign strategies.

• Work with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery, ensuring seamless project execution.
