Smart Web Agency is looking for a talented and driven Social Media & SEO Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis.

We are an award-winning UK digital agency working with clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. We are looking for someone who understands both organic search and social media marketing and can help drive measurable growth for our clients and our own brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok

• Plan and schedule social media campaigns using scheduling tools

• Design engaging social media graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Write compelling social media captions and marketing copy

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments where required

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Optimise website content, meta titles, descriptions and internal linking

• Create SEO content briefs and work with content writers

• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements

• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools

• Produce monthly SEO and social media performance reports

• Stay up to date with the latest SEO, AI search and social media trends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO

• Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Excellent written English skills

• Experience creating social media content and managing business accounts

• Familiarity with WordPress websites

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
