Social Media Operator

Description:

We are looking for a full-time Content Creator & Social Media Operator to manage and grow our digital presence across:

• Instagram

• TikTok

• YouTube

• Facebook

• LinkedIn

This role is for someone who genuinely understands combat sports media, modern storytelling, and fast-paced digital content.

We are not looking for a generic social media manager.

We need someone who understands MMA culture, athlete branding, live event energy, and high-retention content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day content across all social platforms

• Create and edit short-form & long-form content

• Re-edit live event footage into engaging media

• Produce reels, promos, fighter stories, hype videos, and event coverage

• Handle content posting, scheduling, captions, and platform formatting

• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and real-time event content

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Assist with static creatives, thumbnails, and promotional graphics

Required Skills:

• Advanced video editing

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and retention

• Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & long-form YouTube content

• Ability to create fast turnaround content under pressure

• Live content clipping and highlight editing

• Basic graphic design and static post creation

• Understanding of cinematic sports storytelling

• Good understanding of audio, pacing, transitions, and engagement hooks

• Knowledge of MMA/UFC/combat sports culture is essential
