As our Social Media & Performance Lead, you will be the voice and the growth engine of our brand. You will manage our online community, strategize our paid growth, and ensure our visual content is top-tier.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta campaigns focusing on Brand Awareness, Reach, and Traffic to scale our visibility.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement.
- Community Engagement: Take full charge of DMs and comments—answering queries promptly and converting interest into brand loyalty.
- Content Strategy & Trends: Proactively pitch content ideas and stay ahead of viral trends that align with our brand identity.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our photographer/videographer to curate high-quality, aesthetically pleasing content.
- Growth Ownership: Monitor analytics and take the first step in adjusting strategies to ensure we are always growing.
