As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing strategy, grow engagement, and strengthen Lending Hub’s brand visibility across global markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

. Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube).

 

. Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, and short videos) aligned with our brand tone and vision.

 

. Develop and execute monthly digital marketing campaigns to boost lead generation and brand awareness.

 

. Analyze social media insights, trends, and algorithms to optimize performance.

 

. Collaborate with management to design creative ad campaigns for mortgage products and real estate projects.

 

. Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.

 

. Monitor engagement metrics and provide monthly performance reports.

 

Requirements:

 

. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (real estate or finance industry preferred).

 

. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, SEO, paid ads, and audience targeting.

 

. Ability to design, edit, and manage visual and video content.

 

. Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic planning skills.

 

. Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

 

. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven personality.
