Social Media Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and confident Marketing Associate Intern to join our team at Nexius. This role focuses on internal branding, employee engagement, and fostering a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize internal activities, employee events, and engagement initiatives
• Create content including posters, videos, and newsletters for internal branding
• Host and coordinate podcasts, interactive sessions, and confidence-building activities
• Capture and edit photos and videos of office activities
• Recognize employee milestones and achievements across internal platforms
• Assist in planning monthly events and the annual company trip

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Confident and comfortable being on camera
• Basic video editing and design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
• Creative mindset and organized approach to work
• Team player with a proactive attitude
