We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to join our team in Karachi for USA night shift operations. This role involves hands-on social media management, content execution, audience engagement, and coordination with internal teams to strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Analyze performance using social media insights and analytics tools
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a related role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Basic knowledge of paid social media ads is a plus
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
• Good communication, creativity, and content planning skills
• Must be Karachi-based and comfortable with on-site work
• Ability to work night shift aligned with USA business hours
