Job Details:

. Functional Area: Social Media Marketing.

. Shift: Morning shift (9 AM – 6 PM)
. Education Level: Bachelors (preferably marketing, Media Studies)
. Experience: 1-3 years (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios can apply too)
. Require Travel: No
. Location of Work: Gulshan E Iqbal Block 10 A

Job Description:

. Manage daily posting and engagement on social sites.
. Execute campaigns, reporting and optimization.
. Collaborate with design and content teams on creatives.
. Competitor activities, hashtags, and research trends.
. Draft captions, copy and creative ideas to align with campaign objectives.
. Help with community management and answering audience questions.
. Measure performance indicators and suggest improvements.


Skills Required:
. 1-3 years’ experience in the US market.
. Good copywriting and communication skills.
. Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics knowledge.
. Innovative thinking and ability to come up with new ideas.
. Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut or Adobe Suite)
. Active, structured and detail oriented.

Plus Skills:
. Design & Creative Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
. Artificial Intelligence and Automation: Runway, Firefly, MidJourney, HeyGen, D-ID, ElevenLabs.
. Marketing & Social Media Tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Ads Manager.
