Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketer (Mid-Level) to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, paid campaigns, audience engagement, and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
Create engaging content calendars and coordinate with design/content teams.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
