We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Social Media Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling social media accounts for both our company and our clients. You will play a key role in building online presence, increasing engagement, and supporting content distribution strategies.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, creative, responsive, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
- Schedule and publish video and graphic content consistently
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to align posting strategies with content goals
- Optimize content performance using platform insights and analytics
- Track growth metrics, engagement rates, and campaign performance
- Implement best practices to increase reach, visibility, and audience interaction
- Maintain organized content calendars and posting schedules
- Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without micromanagement
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
- Personal laptop or computer capable of handling social media tools efficiently
- Flexible availability, with a preference for morning working hours
