Charcoal is looking for a dynamic and trend-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media platforms.
• Plan and post content (posts, reels, campaigns) 
• Monitor trends and competitor activity 
• Run and optimize paid campaigns 
• Ensure consistency with the brands voice and strategy.
• The role indicates planning posts, monitoring eye segments & ensuring all content aligns with the brand identity.
• Coordinate closely with the creative dept for content creation.

Education:
* Minimum BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Experience:
* 5+ years of experience required
* Retail / fashion industry background preferred
