A globally recognized Chinese enterprise group with R&D and production facilities in Shenzhen and marketing headquarters in Hangzhou is expanding its operations in Pakistan. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and manage digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
✔ Content Creation & Management – Plan, schedule, and oversee engaging content, including images, videos, and copywriting.
✔ Community Engagement – Manage interactions, respond to queries, and build strong brand loyalty.
✔ Campaign Management – Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor ROI, and optimize performance.
✔ Performance Analysis – Track and analyze reach, engagement, and conversions, providing data-driven insights.
✔ Market Research – Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
✔ Collaborate with Global Teams – Work with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
✔ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and advertising strategies.
✔ Creative mindset with a passion for engaging content creation.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required).
✔ Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
✔ Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy optimization.
