Role Objective

To build, automate, and scale our social media engine — turning attention into engagement, leads, and revenue.

Fully in-house. Remote setup will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Strategy & Execution

• Build monthly content strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Manage daily publishing across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X.
• Convert long-form content into high-performing short-form hooks and captions.
• Ensure zero missed deadlines.

2️⃣ AI & Automation (Mandatory)

You must systemize and automate:

• Content scheduling
• Caption workflows
• Repurposing pipeline
• Weekly reporting dashboards
• Lead capture & follow-up

Target:

80% of publishing and reporting automated within 60 days.

If you don’t actively use AI tools, do not apply.

3️⃣ Growth & Accountability

• Monitor analytics daily.
• Run weekly performance meetings.
• Launch at least 2 growth experiments per month.
• Present structured weekly growth report.

No reminders required.
