Social Media Executive

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to grow digital presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable results through both organic and paid strategies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to continuously optimize growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy
• Develop and execute organic and paid social media growth strategies
• Manage paid campaigns including Meta Ads
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Create and maintain content calendars
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
• Identify trends and implement creative ideas to improve engagement

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience

• Experience managing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads etc.)
• Familiarity with content calendars and campaign planning
