Role Overview:
Ripe Seed is looking for someone to manage daily social media operations, including creating and posting content on time.
You keep execution smooth, organized, and support ongoing content and marketing work consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
● Post content across all social platforms
● Write clear, engaging captions
● Create reels, skits, and short-form videos
● Manage and update the content calendar
● Track and report basic social media metrics weekly
● Support basic content writing tasks

Requirements:
● Create creative content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
● Support idea generation, follow trends and tools, and write engaging captions, stories, and short-form content aligned with brand storytelling.
● Hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut
● Basic understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
● Comfortable with Google Docs and Sheets
● Strong written communication skills
● Basic knowledge of photography and videography

Must-Haves:
● Comfortable in front of the camera
● Strong storytelling skills
● Creative eye for content
● Ability to create engaging content based on given direction
