Social Media Content Creator

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lahore for a Social Media Content Creator.

You will be responsible for creating high-performing short-form content, managing social media accounts, and executing content strategies that drive engagement and leads.

This is not a basic posting role—we are looking for someone who understands how to create content that performs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) consistently

- Manage and grow multiple client social media accounts

- Write engaging hooks, captions, and content that drives interaction

- Identify trends early and execute quickly

- Monitor performance and improve content based on results

- Maintain consistency in brand voice and quality across all content

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

- You have created content that has achieved strong engagement (views, shares, saves, leads)

- You understand what makes content go viral—and can replicate it

- You work independently without needing constant direction

- You produce content quickly and consistently

- Your portfolio clearly demonstrates your ability

- You are comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI, etc.) to improve content quality and speed

- You use AI to enhance creativity, not replace thinking

- You can generate ideas, hooks, and variations quickly using AI

- You understand how to combine AI tools with editing and strategy to produce better results

REQUIREMENTS

- 1+ year experience in social media content creation

- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

- Good design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content trends

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
