Social Media Ads Specialist

Adsultans is hiring a Social Media Ads Specialist to own and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. If you live and breathe performance marketing and know how to turn ad spend into measurable growth, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to hit ROAS and CPA goals
• Build and test creative, copy, and landing page variations to improve performance
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, translating data into clear recommendations
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices across all three channels

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on experience running Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with ads managers, pixels, and conversion tracking
• A creative eye paired with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
