NRTC Energies, a leading name in Pakistan’s renewable energy sector, is actively hiring Site Engineers for its Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Department in Lahore. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing solar PV installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety and design standards, managing system testing, and resolving on-site technical issues. You will also play a key role in operations & maintenance (O&M), inverter configuration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV installation and commissioning

• Strong grip on fault diagnostics, inverter configuration, and system troubleshooting

• Proficient in MS Excel and solar design tools

• Ability to handle O&M activities, site coordination, and prepare technical reports

• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and cross-functional internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site execution while ensuring adherence to design standards and safety compliance protocols

• Conduct comprehensive system testing and manage the commissioning process

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site technical challenges promptly

• Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all project stages
