Junior Recruiter

Description:

Devinity Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates’ communication skills and suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
• Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
