Role Description

RedFort Group offers a range of full-time, remote career opportunities across e-commerce operations, supplier sourcing, sales, marketing, and technology-enabled business functions. Available positions include:

• Data Scraping Specialist
• Sourcing Specialist
• Order Management Associate
• Email Marketing & Partnerships Specialist
• Sales Representative – Supplier Calling
• eBay & TikTok Shop Account Manager
• Account & Order Management Specialist – Amazon

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include collecting, validating, and organizing data from online sources; identifying products and suppliers; managing purchase orders and order lifecycles; coordinating with vendors and customers; and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

Additional responsibilities may involve planning and executing email marketing campaigns, developing supplier partnerships, conducting outbound sales calls, managing e-commerce marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Team members collaborate across departments, leverage digital tools and business systems, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to operational efficiency, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. These roles are ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Order Management & Processing: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple orders, maintain accurate records, track order statuses, and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, identify operational issues, and support informed business decisions.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: A customer-focused approach to resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and building long-term business relationships.
• E-Commerce & Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop, including product listings, account operations, order workflows, and sales monitoring.
• Sourcing & Research Skills: Ability to research products, identify potential suppliers, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and organize relevant information efficiently.
• Email Marketing & Business Development: Understanding of email outreach, campaign execution, lead generation, supplier communication, and partnership development is an advantage for relevant positions.
• Digital Tools & Systems: Familiarity with data scraping tools, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, marketplace dashboards, and order management systems is preferred.
• Remote Work & Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and remain productive in a remote working environment.
• Adaptability & Teamwork: Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to changing business requirements, collaborate across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Education & Experience: A background in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant practical experience, technical skills, and demonstrated performance may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
